Notes
1). To qualify for Student Registration rate, you must be a full-time student in an accredited university. Please submit a copy of valid ID (student card or official letter) to the Conference Secretary.
2). One regular paper registration can cover a paper within 10 pages, including all figures, tables, and references. When full paper exceeds 10 pages, additional fee will be charged for extra pages.
3). Each author registration covers only one paper. The extra paper price is only applied for the registered author who is the first author in all papers.
4). Onsite registration is applicable to presenters (abstract submission) and listeners. If you would like to register onsite, you are required to give us a notice before April 01, 2022 for preparing materials.
5). Registration fee for each accompanying person is the same as listener.

* Pay attention !! After you submitted all materials and finished registration process, your paper will be submitted to editors for re-modification and publication. If there are any problems, the conference secretary will mail or call you soon. Please check your mailbox usually and keep your cellphone available. If you cannot amend paper and feed back modified one before the deadline, publication will be cancelled without any refund.

Refunds Policy
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
60 days ahead of the conference: Full refund but 30 USD service fee is excluded
45 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund

Refund requests must be made in writing or via email to the respective conference secretary.

Personal Reason
The conference cannot refund or pay any compensation where could not attend the conference is prevented by reason of circumstances which amount to “personal reason”. Such as travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, financial default etc.

No Show Policy

› ICEMC enforces a "no show" policy. Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one author or qualified proxy attend and present the paper at the conference. For poster sessions, if the speaker is not present in front of the poster for most of the time during the poster session, this implies "no show".
› Registration rates include access to the full ICEMC conference, welcome reception, conference dinner, and conference breaks.

Accommodation is not included in registration fee, the delegates need reserve rooms themselves,we advise you reserve rooms as early as you can.

Force Majeure
The conference cannot accept responsibility, refund or pay any compensation where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to “force majeure”.
Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include the fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control.

Conference Date and Place Statement
The organizer has the right to change the date and place of the conference under the reason of circumstances such as weather damage, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic etc. The participants of the conference are obliged to cooperate with the organizer's change and refund policy.

  •  Registration Procedure

    1. Complete the Payment: You can pay with credit card or bank transfer; the payment link and bank account information can be found when you click the registration link, which indicated on the notification letter. Update the final paper, payment proof to the online system when you process the registration.

    2. Payment Confirmation (Email Only) : You will receive a confirmation email from the conference secretary once the payment is confirmed.

    3. Official Receipt: The official receipt of your registration fee will be collected at the on-site registration desk.
